Prime Performing

Strength & conditioning

Training built on measurement, not impression.

Prime Performing assesses athletes, writes their training, and measures how the body responds to it.

What you get back

Numbers, not adjectives

Every service ends in a written document with your own figures in it. This is what separates a measured programme from a well-intentioned one.

Acute : chronic load 1.12

This week’s training against the month behind it.

HRV vs your baseline −0.8SD

Measured against your own normal, not a population average.

Session load 420AU

What yesterday actually cost, duration times effort.

Example only — sample data

  • What you actually produced

How much force you can generate, how fast you can move a load, how high you leave the ground — recorded by instruments built to measure it, not judged by eye and not scored out of ten.

  • Each side on its own

Measured left and right separately, so strength is described limb by limb and an imbalance appears as a figure instead of a feeling.

  • Change against your own history

Each test is compared with the ones before it, run the same way every time, so a difference is a result rather than a good day.

  • Load beside recovery, day by day

What was asked of you, and how your body answered — which is what makes the call to push or to ease off defensible.

Who it is for

Any athlete who wants to know whether the training is working

Competitive or recreational, in a club or on your own, with a coach already or without one. The only thing assumed is that you train with intent and want the guesswork taken out of it. Clubs and teams buy the same work, delivered to a whole squad.

What makes it different

An objective number instead of a guess

Most training decisions get made on feel. Here they get made on what was measured: your output, your load, and how you recovered from it.

Outside an elite club, almost nobody has access to this. That is the whole proposition — the measurement and the follow-up a professional team gets, for an athlete or club without a performance department behind them.

How it works

The cycle

  1. 1 · Assess

    In person

Power, strength, speed, asymmetry — with the protocols and muscle groups chosen for your sport. This is the baseline everything else is measured against.

  2. 2 · Program

    Written for the athlete

Training written for that athlete and their sport. Delivered remotely.

  3. 3 · Monitor

    Daily

The athlete logs how they feel, plus a morning reading on set days. About three minutes.

  4. 4 · Report

    Weekly document

What the load was, how the body answered it, and the adjustments for the week ahead.

  5. 5 · Reassess

    End of the block

The before-and-after, measured the same way.

At the end of each block, it starts again

Services

Start with a measurement. Continue with a program.

Full Performance Assessment The complete testing session, and the usual way in. Protocols and muscle groups chosen for your sport. $300
Strength Asymmetry Screening A narrower session: how much force each side of the body produces, left against right. $150
Performance Package The training program and the daily monitoring together, as one service. This is what most athletes end up on, and it costs $90 a month less than buying the two separately. $380/mo
Return to Performance For an athlete coming back from injury, once their physiotherapist has cleared them. $450/mo

Start with a baseline.

Every athlete begins with a measurement session in person. The program and the daily monitoring run remotely from there.
